Pros:

The staff don't speak English but are helpful. Even though I booked a single room, they put me in an apartment. The apartment was quite spacious. It has a kitchen and a living room. Everything I ate for breakfast was delicious. The breakfast was excellent. There's a supermarket and restaurant within a 5-6 minute walk. A pharmacy is very close by.

Cons:

The furnishings were old and worn. There was mold on the roof and some of the walls. It was very cold, but the air conditioning wasn't working. The hotel is under renovation, so there's sometimes noise. It will be much better once it's renovated.

Pros:

Las instalaciones eran igual que las fotos, muy comodas las habitaciones. Muy bueno que las habitaciones tienen frigobar y en la recepción hay un microondas y pava eléctrica para usar en cualquier momento.
Una de las chicas de la recepción hablaba muy bien el castellano, eso nos sirvió mucho para poder entendernos y orientarnos en la ciudad.

Cons:

El secador de pelo de la habitación no andaba.
Nos costaba comunicarnos con algunos de los integrantes del staff xq no manejaban el castellano

Hotel simples, porém hospitaleiro!
Pros:

Gostei bastante do hotel, equipe ótima, gentis e solícitos. Localização próxima de lojas, restaurantes e farmácias. Café da manhã excelente, bem sortido. Recomendo, custo benefício excelente.

UMA HORA A GENTE DESISTE!!!! 🤷😉🤫

Os funcionários fazem a diferença nos convencendo a retornarmos, pois as instituições cada dia que passa deixam mais a desejar... Rejunte de banheiro sujos de lodo, roupa de cama rasgada, elevadores sujos, reposição de café apenas feito se pedido.... MUITO LARGADO! Com frio que estava descobri de onde vinha o vento no apto 806, faltava vidro no banheiro a qual o cobriram adaptando armário de banheiro para cobri-lo. Algo que tanto quem arruma teria que verei comunicar, ou uma gerencia preparada, fiscalizar as comodidades para que não ocorram tais situações.
Colocaram o vidro após comunicação, mas tive que usar banheiro após tal procedimento, sujo e sem higienização após terceiros adentrarem ao mesmo sem procedência de higiene.... PRECISA DE MAIS FISCALIZAÇÃO, ÍTEM POR ITEM POR PARTE DA ADMINISTRAÇÃO, APTO POR APTO.
