Acho que precisa melhorar
Pros:

As funcionárias são bem atenciosas.

Cons:

A presença de funcionários é apenas durante o dia, após isso você entra e sai sozinho, não tem a quem recorrer em caso de urgência. Nos dão a chave para entrada, uma porta de vidro. Senti insegurança.

NÃO CONSEGUI ME HOSPEDAR, NÃO ABRIRAM O ESTABELECIMENTO PARA EU ENTRAR

Fiz uma reserva para uma hospedagem em João Pessoa - Paraíba, do dia 9 para 10 de agosto, Hotel Luar do Atlântico, paguei no cartão de crédito 150 reais. Meu voo chegou em João Pessoa na madrugada do dia 10 de agosto, 0h40, e quando cheguei na hospedagem por volta das 1h20 o nome era outro (Pousada Estrela do mar) e não tinha NINGUÉM para me receber, fiquei na rua. Tive que me hospedar no estabelecimento vizinho (Hotel Pess).

Como fação para ser indenizado pelos 150 reais pagos, uma vez que o estabelecimento NÃO ABRIU a porta para eu me hospedar?

Colchão bom, confortável. O café estava bom também, roupas de cama com presença. Limpas e cheirosas.

A pousada é maravilhosa , fica próxima de tudo , mas não voltaria se permanecer do jeito que está.
Pros:

Atendimento é muito massa.

Cons:

Cama sem lençol , só tinha um travesseiro ,e não tinha toalha , banheiro alagado , com algumas acomodações quebradas.
