It was exactly what I expected out of an inexpensive room. No bugs, and quiet. The toilet was clogged the entire time.

Pros:

First room had broken tv and toilet. Second room had broken tv and privacy latch on the door. AC didn’t work anywhere in the building. Only really good thing I can say is it’s cheap.

I ask him to take the trash out and the water is coming from the AC on the floor and the sink is got black dirt, look like mold in the tub and the sink is messed up and they don't change sheet til Monday to Friday.

EXTREMELY DANGEROUS.
Pros:

EXTREMELY dangerous! We were single women staying. We were sexually harassed in an ecllsed elevator. Several drunk men were following us, catcalling, fighting in the halls, and outside. Got to our rooms to calm down. There are no locks on the doors. Went down immediately to the women. They were rude and dismissive and then lied that they could not enter the rooms. Ma'am...how tf would you enter to clean then? Seriously. Hotels.com didn't help and these people are trying to fight my dispute after we left after an hour. The lawsuit is starting if they don't refund our money. This place is flooding, damaged, this is long term, section 8 housing. Drunk, dangerous, men everywhere. Literally got humped in the elevator. Then as we left, the women at the register got physical with my friend. We left and as we opened the door, a giant piece of metal fell on my friends foot. Lawuit. STAY AWAY. THIS PLACE IS DANGEROUS.

Pros:

Missing headboard can be very dangerous for children. Broken lamp no light in the room. Property very outdated and needs renovated really bad. Charging full price for for no amenities is a really bad look. So expensive with no breakfast, no pool. Just rude customer service who try to charge extra for everything. Will Not return!!!!!!
