As instalações são confortáveis, com tudo que precisa. Café da manhã excelente e a localização muito boa e de fácil acesso!
Staff gentil e prestativo. Esquecemos um objeto, avisamos quando percebemos, staff imediatamente guardou em segurança para pegarmos na volta!!

Cons:

Poucas pessoas para atender, com volume grande de hóspedes, logo você precisa aguardar muito tempo.
Estacionamento pouco prático e acabei deixando meu carro na rua.
Até hoje não recebi a NF dos pagamentos efetuados embora eu tenha mostrado que o valor tina sido debitado em meu cartão de crédito.
Banheiros sem toalha de rosto.
Fiquei muito surpreso com os problemas deste Ibis, pois não é normal esta situação.
