Upon check-in, I discovered that the room provided did not match the photos shown online. Below is a detailed account of the issues I encountered:
1. *Room Cleanliness*: The floor was visibly dirty, with dust and dirt marks throughout the room.
2. *Wall Condition*: The walls showed signs of dampness, and the wallpaper near the bed was covered with mold. I have serious skin sensitivities, and the mold exposure caused me headaches and cold symptoms.
3. *Bedding*: The bedsheet had visible blood stains, as shown in the attached photos.
4. *Carpet*: The carpet was filthy and appeared very old, detracting from the room’s appearance.
5. *Bathroom Hygiene*: The glass and taps in the bathroom were unclean, and the rain shower looked extremely unhygienic, discouraging me from using it.
6. *Toilet Paper*: The toilet paper provided appeared to have been used by someone previously, which was unsettling.
7. *Furniture Condition*: The bedside table was wrapped in plastic that hadn’t been cleaned for a long time, contributing to an overall neglected look.
8. *Fan Control*: The fan’s speed control button was missing. Staff informed me that it couldn't be fixed.
9. *Ceiling and Windows*: The ceiling looked dirty, with visible signs of dampness. The windows appeared extremely unclean, as though they hadn’t been washed in years.
10. *Breakfast Service*: Only one paratha was provided despite my request for two with curd at check-in. Breakfast was limited to a single item with no fruits.
