Très agréable.
Pros:

Bon petits déjeuners savoureux qui varient de jour en jour. Les installations sont très confortables et la vue sur Manhattan est splendide. Un stationnement est également disponible sous l’hôtel.

Cons:

L’emplacement de l’hôtel peut être un enjeu pour ceux qui ne souhaitent pas utiliser de transport en commun pour se déplacer

Cons:

Booked a room with 2 beds. Gave us a room with only 1 bed. I told them I would only be staying for 1 night & they did not cancel the rest. Had to argue to get my refund. Room was hot as he'll. No way to turn down heat, I finally turned on the ac.

If you don't care about the immediate location, this hotel is a great option!
Pros:

The hotel was very clean and relatively quiet. Comfy beds and hot showers. Staff was nice. Easy check in and check out process. Plenty of street parking, albeit mildly sketchy. We loved the 24-hour coffee and tea bar. The gym was nicely sized.

Cons:

The area itself wasn't desirable. There weren't really any walking-distance coffee shops or restaurants. Not the hotel's fault-- we knew what we signed up for. The $40/day parking was eh. We parked on the street.
