The room was clean and quiet.
Checked-in online but then had to wait on line for over 30 minutes to get my room key and check in again, providing all the same information a second time and getting charged a $150 hold on my card a second time. The check in line wrapped around the entire lobby and no one seemed to have any sense of urgency. Chose the hotel because of its parking lot and paid for parking but there were no parking spaces left, so I had to street park 15 minutes away (and found a ticket on my car the next morning). The check-in took so long that we ended up having to cancel our dinner plans. Unfortunately the only food available at the hotel was shrimp flavored cup of noodles. Got to breakfast 10 minutes before it ended but it was already closed. A woman from the kitchen told my wife she was not allowed to get coffee when she tried to fill her cup. Another woman went to get juice that was still out and was told she had to go buy a beverage from downstairs because breakfast was over. It ended up costing me over $500 for a rather unpleasant experience.

I love the location was close to Manhattan and Queens in Brooklyn. I love the staff. They were excellent went above and beyond to help us whenever we needed help and I will be staying there again.
One minor thing the bathroom could’ve been bigger

Pra quem fica uma semana acaba sendo cansativo a caminhada até a estação do metrô mas nada pior que uma tal de Andrea da recepção. Nunca conheci uma atendente tão grosseira e ignorante.

Hotel czysty, obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Lokalizacja nieco na uboczu, ale darmowy shuttle codziennie dowozi do stacji metra. Obok hotelu są też przystanki autobusów i można bez problemu dojechać komunikacją publiczną. Śniadania jak na amerykańskie warunki całkiem sensowne. Kawa, herbata dostępne bezpłatnie w automacie przez cały dzień. Widok z okna - obłędny. Polecam.
Great breakfast to start the day, good location. Staff & hotel were great, very clean.
We never had our room cleaned during our stay, but we weren't worried as only there a few days, so grabbed our own toilet rolls & clean towels from reception.
The staff was helpful, the shuttle service was helpful.
The location was not great. In the ghetto and hard to reach with public transportation. It would have been great if the shuttle offered more than just one drop off/pick up location.
Industrial location, no walking, or public transporatoon. afforable , they do have a shuttle bus to subway
