The hotel didn't get confirmation of the booking and we had to explain the details and wait for an hour for checkin. Room was not clean. Breakfast is not good and not enough and not as advertised. A very disappointing stay that made me question why I choose treebo and booking.com

Quite terrible. The ratings are definitely wrong. A budget hotel that did not even cover the basics.

The location was decent. The staff is very friendly. The checkin and checkout process is quick.

Cons:

We checked out earlier because our stay was not good. The room could have been cleaner. The cupboard because of the way it is placed could not be opened. There was no thought given to double switches and plug points. The bathroom dustbin was not really clean. There was no mosquito net on the bathroom window. The geyser heating was average at best. The spa was shady and they kept changing their prices with no fixed rates. The carpet / rug in the room was threadbare and tearing. There was no napkin or hook, pegs in the bathroom. The desk was so small, already filled with small things and there was no plug-point there. The rooftop cafeteria was disastrous. It was dirty, felt grimy, and had a very strange un-family like crowd which seemed to be drinking. There was a power-cut with constant fluctuations for 1.5 days which made our stay more difficult. The door lock in the bathroom did not work. Whenever guests were forced to walk up and down the stairs, there were loud noises and talking post 11 pm in the night.

Awesome hospitality
Pros:

I stayed there for 2 days and hospitality of property was awesome. The Cleanliness, the bed, room size AC, every thing was good. A little suggestion- the quality of food could have been better. Overall staying here will be worth your money.
