The AVID served its purpose but I would never recommend this place to anyone. Absolutely awful!
Pros:

There was a Starbucks in the parking lot.

Cons:

Where do I start?
The property was the newest in the area, however the pictures were very deceiving. It was quite small and the rooms were worse. The walls were paper, the toiletries bottles were empty, the area was infested with police activity, homeless people were seen in the parking lot sleeping, no swimming pool, no front desk personnel upon checking out, no EV charging stations. I could go on but I’ll stop.

Every thing was great

Cons:

Door on bathroom has a squeaking type noise when opening something that can be fixed with a little lubrication on the hinges and also one of the side entrance the floor can be washed over all the stay was great

Pros:

Staff was so friendly we got there extremely late in the day they got us a room fast. Rooms were nice and clean definitely a great price for a place to sleep freshen up and get back on the road the next morning. There was no breakfast which is fine! They did have stuff In the lobby like fruit and coffee and snacks for purchase. I lived that there was a Starbucks right by this hotel. It made it easy for us in the morning to grab a coffee and a bite to eat.

The room was fresh and clean. Good breakfast in the morning. Steph was outstanding.

Cons:

It needs receptacles near the bed if you're traveling and you have equipment that needs to plug in the only plugins are on the wall next to the TV so I might recommend you take an extension cord if you have something you need to plug in by your bedside.

Clean and friendly staff.

Cons:

No refrigerator or microwave in room. Stay on 4th floor ice was on 1st floor then no buckets for the ice. You can hear very thing going on in the room next to you.
