Thank you for a pleasant experience.
Pros:

The beds here are nice and comfortable. The next time I am able to stay here I will seriously consider it.

I do plan on returning in the near future.
Pros:

The wifi that was provided was great. I didn't have any internet connection problems over there. I do appreciate how convenient it is to go to Mcdonalds from that location. It's only a short walk to it.

Cons:

The only thing that I really didn't like about the experience would have to be the amount of towels that were provided in the bathroom of that room I was in.

It was a good place to sleep
Pros:

Very sound proof.

Cons:

The clerk told me there would be a continental breakfast in the morning. NOT! There was coffee and juice only. No tea, nothing.
Also, we were booked at the Clintonville Motel and when we got there they sent us to the Landmark Motel. So this review is for the Landmark Motel.

Pros:

The place was less than sub par. We needed a comfortable place to lay our heads after a long motorcycle trip and got into the room and almost walked out. There was an overwhelming smell of mold. The towels were so dirty we had to go buy our own. Running the water, you’d get a horrific mildew smell. The grounds were unkept, washers and dryers unplugged and stored out in the open. Garbage was everywhere and there are people living in the motel. The shower curtain was disgusting and should be thrown out. There was a literal hole in the wall of the shower. The only positive was that there are plastic covers over the beds. The beds themselves were extremely uncomfortable, like sleeping on springs. We would recommend you spend the extra money and stay elsewhere.

Just a room with bed and shower. Just enough.
Pros:

It is an old motel. Not going to find a cheaper place to stay. In a good area with stores within walking distance. Neighborhood is very small town and was quite nice.
If you are looking for a place with shower and bed it is perfect.

Not going back.
Pros:

The location was okay.

Cons:

There was no breakfast. Sheets were clean but wouldn't stay on the bed.
It reminded me of the Bates Hotel.

Very sketchy people in the parking lot area, it made it feel unsafe to even leave your car in the parking lot overnight. I would not recommend anyone stay unless they were drug users themself.!!

Pros:

I told them the day before my reservation, which was for three nights by the way that I would be coming in late because of work probably 1 AM. I arrived at 1 AM as I said I would and I rang the front bell as I was instructed no one came to the door. I rang quite a few times then I called the number that was on the door and they told me, they had no vacancies. I told them I had a reservation. They would not even come to the door so I could show them my reservation from Expedia on my phone. I had to sleep in my car night.
