We loved the motel room and balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub area is clean. The parking and grounds were clean and well maintained. We highly recommend the resort.
It was great!
Great place to stay!
Super staff
Suite was fabulous
Love staying here!! Very dog & family friendly. The staff is very nice and the grounds are beautiful. Everything is maintained and clean. Our third time staying. We will be back again in the future.
Everything was very quiet, clean, and comfortable.
Property is very well maintained.
Beautiful place!
We stayed at KOA for 5 nights in August. Great location, 25minutes to Key West by car. The resort itself was clean, well maintained, and everyone we came across was friendly and helpful. The pool area was perfect, not too big, so easy to keep an eye on the kids. Never overly busy, so it didn’t feel crowded. We would definitely recommend to friends and family.
Staff was very nice and friendly. The resort itself if clean and spacious. There’s a lot of good spots to eat at within a 15 minute drive. The beach was nice and clean
Beds seemed to by cheap and not very comfortable and the rooms are setup kinda odd with bunk beds out in the open. AC wasn’t the greatest especially for how new the place is, can’t set it lower then 72° and during my stay in August it would get up to around 74-76° during the day. AC also seemed to work the worst in the bedroom so you would have to leave the door open and you can tell this must be an issue because there are standup fans in the rooms.
Besides all of that it’s absolutely beautiful here and there is so much to do without even having to leave the property. This was my second stay here and I will definitely be staying again.
Beautifully landscaped grounds, clean amenities, something for everyone
Room was great! Very clean. Nice campground would stay there again.
This was my first time staying at this property. I can only say that it will not be the last. The staff and the property was such an amazing experience. It is family friendly, close proximity to Key West and very quiet and clean. It was such a pleasure to stay there.
We stayed for July 4th and it was perfect! Loved the suite and as a family it was very convenient to have a kitchen, washer and dryer!
Reviews here are spot on. Loved the quality of this Villa. Staff is so friendly. Will stay here again anytime we visit the Keys.
The hotel itself was very clean and nicely maintained, which I appreciated. However, I had a couple of issues that really impacted my stay.
First, the room was uncomfortably hot. The air conditioning would not go below 76°F, which made it very difficult to sleep-especially in the middle of summer in Florida.
Second, I was disappointed with the customer service. Due to major road closures, we were delayed for hours and didn't arrive until 10:30 PM.
The next morning, I went to the front desk to ask if they could accommodate a late checkout-just an extra hour or two-as a courtesy, given our experience. I was told the manager would call me back. Despite following up around 5:00 PM, I never heard from the manager directly. Instead, another employee simply told me they couldn't accommodate a late checkout because the room needed to be cleaned.
To make matters worse, I later received a text offering me the option to extend my stay by paying $278 for another night-so clearly there was no immediate urgency to clean the room.
While I understand the hotel is not responsible for road closures or traffic delays, a small gesture like a late checkout would've gone a long way. It wasn't about the hours lost-it was about feeling valued as a guest. Better communication and customer care would've made all the difference.
