Overall a good stay!
Pros:

Friendly staff, spacious rooms, clean, very good breakfast.

Cons:

Pool area looks much nicer than on the photos. Breakfast room has cantine vibes.

Comfortable Stay
Pros:

A warm welcome by staff who allowed us early check-in. Room was beautiful, with very comfortable beds.
Roof top pool was enjoyable and offered good views, particularly of the sunset.
Buffet breakfast was perfect; delightful blend of local and European dishes.
Cannot comment on evening meals as we ate out both nights.

Great hotel in the heart of Kochi
Pros:

Great room, very comfortable bed and great bathroom and shower

Cons:

There are only 2 sunbeds by the pool so basically the chances of getting to use the pool and enjoy laying there are slim to none. The elevators are also very slow

Pros:

Het personeel is heel erg aardig en helpt je met alles, van een uber boeken tot spullen naar je kamer brengen na een middagje shoppen.

Cons:

Het was zeker niet slecht, maar als ik toch een verbeterpunt moet noemen is het het avondeten buffet. Ik houd van Indiaas eten maar de kaartjes die erbij stonden zegden mij niet veel en het was allemaal erg pittig.

Pros:

Helpful staff, flexible regarding the time of our checkout, good location, nice room. We ordered dinner and lunch and both were delicious.

Cons:

The bathroom had a smell, unless the ventilation was on.

Overall it was nice and great value for money.
Pros:

We booked 3 rooms, out of which two were next to each other and they were connected internally via a door which was convenient for us. The swimming pool was good too, not too deep not too shallow, just perfect for the kids to enjoy.

Cons:

Access by foot to the hotel is a bit tricky, probably because of the location. We have to walk through the drive way to get the street if you want to go out for a walk.
