Good ambience. Staffs were friendly

Cons:

Minor things. Like the bathroom mat was just a normal bath towel placed near the bathroom. Very unprofessional of them. Who keeps a bathroom towel as a bathroom mat. Also there wasn’t soap inside the bathroom. We had to request for it. I was hoping breakfast would be complimentary because we paid a good amount for our stay and that too we checked out early, still they didn’t give free complimentary breakfast

This was my second visit to Luxo Kochi. I would definitely stay again if i come to Kochi again.
Pros:

The breakfast was really good compared to the previous visit a few years ago. The spread was decent and the staff were very helpful and quick.

Cons:

Overall the place is good, cant complain.
