Comfortable stay in a beautiful location
Pros:

Wonderful location! Comfortable rooms. Loved the indoor heated swimming pool! Very spacious property to walk around- peaceful! The staff was very welcoming and helpful - special mention to Jeffrey & Verenia

Cons:

There is construction coming up so there is some mild noise and the view from the rooms is blocked because of the new construction. But that is Windermere’s property extension.

It's an Awesome experience

Bed are spring fitted metres. Vert soft, not good for spine.

Pros:

Excellent place to stay. Huge tastefully decorated rooms with all amenities. Food options are wide and nice. Staff well trained and helpful. I needed to attend a meeting they offered that, if I want i could use their board room. Overall wonderful experience.

Hotel with no hot water in Shillong
Pros:

The room size and the parking facility

Cons:

There was no serious action taken for 2 days in complaining about hot water not coming in our room / to change the room . Only on the day we left the hot water was restored and all we were told is a sorry .
