Beautiful property ! Very well managed with excellent staff. The place is very clean & well maintained . The food is delicious with a large breakfast spread !!
A special mention about Mr Iainang … a very courteous, polite & efficient front office staff . He was always available and eager to help us with any assistance required for our trip from arranging the vehicles to scheduling our sightseeing in the best possible time available . Thank you for making our stay so comfortable.

Great Property to stay in Shillong! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Pros:

Great property with very good facilities, away from the bustling city. The temperature regulated pool is the best for taking a good soak even in the chilly weather. Very good food quality, we tried continental as well Indian dishes. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is very polite and helpful. Must stay if you are planning a trip to Shillong.

STAFFS SPECIALLY IN DINING WERE UNPROFESSIONAL, DESPITE REPEATED REMINDER DIDINT PLACE NAPKIN /BOTTLE ON TABLE.

BREAKFAST MENU CONTAINED CAN JUICE WHICH IS SHEER DISGRACE CONSIDERING A PAY STRUCTURE OF 11000/ NIGHT,
BREAKFAST MENU NOT UPTO MARK.

DURING CHECK OUT INSTEAD OF CHECKING ROOM DURING LUGGAGE CARRY THEY ASKED TO WAIT FOR 10 MINUTES EVEN WHILE MY CAR WAS ON PORTICO.
