Loved the bf and the gardening and tress and lush green lawn.
Pros:

The property was clean and nice with beautiful view of mountains form the room and play area. The trees lawn and entry parking is exceptional. Bf is mind blowing specially he staff serving us hot choley Bhattee or paratha as asked.

Cons:

ac was missing which made the room claustrophobic at
Night in August summers hot nights. The room follows up a lot for dinner order and calls even for bf when u r sleeping which is disturbing during a Relaxing holiday if u r sleepy and want to sleep till late missing ur bf.

Overall the staff were courteous and hotel campus was spotless
Pros:

Breakfast spread, heated pool was the star of the stay

Cons:

View from the window was not fair in this price. They should add plants/ or work on beautification of the ground floor view. People paying premium price for a property should have proper aesthetic for all category of rooms.

Ambience and common areas were good

Cons:

The room interior was not matching the expectations after looking at the exterior and the paint smell was making us feel off. Price can be a bit low given the quality of amenities and the interiors

Comfortable stay in a beautiful location
Pros:

Wonderful location! Comfortable rooms. Loved the indoor heated swimming pool! Very spacious property to walk around- peaceful! The staff was very welcoming and helpful - special mention to Jeffrey & Verenia

Cons:

There is construction coming up so there is some mild noise and the view from the rooms is blocked because of the new construction. But that is Windermere’s property extension.

Pros:

Excellent place to stay. Huge tastefully decorated rooms with all amenities. Food options are wide and nice. Staff well trained and helpful. I needed to attend a meeting they offered that, if I want i could use their board room. Overall wonderful experience.

Hotel with no hot water in Shillong
Pros:

The room size and the parking facility

Cons:

There was no serious action taken for 2 days in complaining about hot water not coming in our room / to change the room . Only on the day we left the hot water was restored and all we were told is a sorry .
