Front office staff were good
Worst service we have ever experienced . Front Ofiice staff are really good , but the F&B Team is the worst team ever we have experienced. No proper response, arrogant behaviour. We have taken 10 rooms , all the guests have been disppointed with this hotel. Food was extremely bad.
Food was decent and pure veg. No eggs also.
Staff is incompetent, impolite and rude. Hotel staff was not aware about amenities, service or their own payment methods. They weren't even polite when it was their own mistake. Due to multiple wrong transactions my cards got blocked while travelling because they didn't know how to run an online transaction. Not even the Hotel's Duty manager! On day 1 we were asked to make 50% of the payment upfront, payment receipt was attached to our final bill copy but an entry was not made on the system.
At the time of checkout, we were asked to repay the initial amount again, the staff was the same but neither did the girl remember and the man was just rude. Instead of checking and admitting their mistake, he was being rude and argumentative. Even the hotel manager did not know how to properly complete an online or card transaction.
This is a beautiful hotel with excellent service and beautiful rooms. The hotel is badly located in a high polluted industrial area. Jacuzzi as broken on the roof our entire stay. Air quality is horrible around the hotel. We had trouble breathing just standing a few minutes on the roof to observe the view.
