Extremely Disappointed with My Hotel Stay!

I had booked 2 rooms and the experience was terrible.
• The washrooms were not clean at all
• Beds were very uncomfortable
• Bed sheets were dirty and not changed
• The overall hygiene and maintenance was pathetic

This was definitely not what I expected. Totally not worth the money.
Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Please improve your service!

Disappointing stay. Not hospitable staff and unclean rooms.
Pros:

After making the booking, the hotel staff contacted me and demanded that I pay an advance amount to confirm my reservation. They threatened to cancel the booking if I did not make the payment.

Cons:

The staff were not friendly. The room was filthy even after room service mopped the floor again. The quality of maintenance is poor. There was a smell of stale air in the corridors which made it difficult to walk to our room.
