The location and room was indeed very nice and good
The staff took time to respond to calls and the TV had issues like keep on going to settings menu and the sheet had a yellow mark
I did not like anything about it. The staff were amateur. The tap of the wash basin was broken and fell apart on several occasions, completely drenching us! There were no toilet rolls and we had to ask for them. The tissue box was empty. We checked out and checked in to another hotel...

Room was spacious
Lift was constantly dysfunctional. They don't have a kitchen and they source breakfast from just about anywhere. And I got the worst breakfast of my lifetime. As they're are not bothered of the quality. Room did not have coffee mugs or even spoons. Which is sad.

I had an amazing stay at Hsquare Hotel . The Room was beautifully designed, spacious, and spotlessly clean, with all the comforts of home, . The location was perfect ,safe, quiet.
The thoughtful extras provided by the host, like welcome snacks and toiletries, added a special touch. Wi-Fi was fast, appliances worked perfectly, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout my stay.
It truly felt like a home away from home, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. I can’t wait to book again if I return to mumbai !

Location was ok - in Andheri West, and on the main road.
The room wasn't ready when I arrived (at 10pm). Sheets were dirty, the glass wall / window has never been cleaned. The room is tiny in size. You don't have any room service - so you have to Swiggy everything. You can get much better rooms for this price even in premium locations. The staff isn't helpful either - they are extremely poor at maintenance. They refused to clean the room at night, saying that the cleaning staff wasn't available until noon. Worst hotel I have stayed in over 10 years -- had to choose this last minute unfortunately due to a rushed trip.
The staff was very courteous and helping at all times. Good hospitality.
The finishing of the wash basin slab was not proper and prone to accident.
