Our favourite hotel of our trip trip (we stayed in 6 hotels and all 5 stars !)
Pros:

Location is a quiet sanctuary away from roads, traffic and noise, an oasis. Hotel is very clean and all the staff always exceeded expectations and we felt very welcomed and comfortable.

Pros:

Scenic IHCL met my expectations. Excellent staff and service. Great place to also unwind and relax. I would definitely come back and highly recommend the stay at this hotel.

Scenic, Serene Hilltop Gem
Pros:

Nestled among the hills of Munnar, this place offered a serene and peaceful escape.
Check-in was smooth and swift, and our spotless room came with an extra bed provided on request without delay.
Breakfast and dinner featured excellent variety and quality.
We stayed two nights but wished for more.
I'd highly recommend this gem to friends and family—the team, including Mritunjay, Rajnish, Sweta, Santu, and everyone else, was efficient and courteous throughout.

Scenic Holidays
Pros:

Staff were excellent, Palani who manages the activities took us on a jeep ride around Munnar, specially curated based on our interests and requirements.... being a local knows the in and out of Munnar and we really enjoyed the trip with him..... anyone going there should avail his services and it will be guaranteed fun....the SPA experience was also very pleasant and an added attraction here

Cons:

Food options specially Kerala cuisine was not up to the mark probably because it is manned by cooks from other regions.....the traditional combination for Puttu which was available is generally Kadala curry but the option available was potato curry.....small details in planning the menu will definitely help improve customer delight as well as give true Kerala/Munnar holiday experience
