Pros:

A great place to stay if you are in Gorakhpur! It felt very safe and the room was enormous and very well equipped - air conditioning and hot water fully functioning. The staff we also great - very accommodating and there if we needed them.

Pay a bit more for somewhere else
Pros:

Staff at Reception tried to be helpful but I think even they realised that things there weren't good.

Cons:

Where to start.....
Hotel hidden down a dark and dusty alley off a dark and dusty lane.
No immediate facilities, in hotel or nearby.
Rooms desperately needed a clean, new bedding, new curtains etc.
Bed bugs in my first room which I luckily spotted so moved to another.
Definitely nowhere near European standards.

The location is very convenient. Close to Orion mall and shopping
Not too far from Gorakhpur junction railway station.
Not many eateries around unless you are a fan of KFC, Mcdonald's or Domino's.
The hotel has its own restaurant and serves tasty food in one's room

Cons:

The room has no sliding panels or mesh panels on windows in the rooms. All windows are completely sealed by glass . As a result, there is no fresh air in the room.

Cons:

If there would a plastic stool in the bathroom, it would be more comfortable for the persons having problem in knee/waist/lower back pain while taking bath. Rest was fine...
