Pros:

The hotel looks like it has been recently renovated. The beds were super comfortable and the walk in shower was a nice bonus. The wifi and cable were nonexistent so the hotel shouldn't advertise that it is complimentary, not guaranteed. The windows are paper thin so I heard every vehicle that went by and every conversation that was had on the balcony as people walked by or stood and talked at 2:00 am. The shades are nice to allow privacy but do not keep the light out. The exterior lighting was right next to my door, which was very convenient for coming in after dark, however it looked like daylight at 4:45am. Overall the room itself was comfortable, and the staff was friendly. The hotel worked for me because I was there for work and spent very little time in the room.

Cons:

No wifi and no cable. Windows very thin, was able to hear everything outside the room.

Not so enjoyable
Pros:

We don’t even find any simple hanger to hang our clothes. We were so much frustrated. How come simple hanger is not available in this facility. Even no hanger in bathroom also. So bad.Its a bad experience. We asked manager but she couldn’t give any answer.

Enjoyed the stay at a good price all except the TV issue. Pool was clean as was everything else.

Location good...near grocery, restaurant, Starbucks and entrance to beach. In walking distance to boardwalk.

Cons:

Was not able to use TV and not much intervention from staff to help.
