they dont clean the bedroom everyday, its a must aske every day and even then they dont clean its like 1 time every 3 nights , I personally like to get back from work in a nice room made up

Pros:

Kids lived the TX shaped waffles and pool. AC was cold. Staff was very helpful when I had an online booking error. Front desk patiently helped me sort out the issue that 100% my fault. I appreciated her customer service.

Wonderful place to stay!!!
Pros:

Very clean and well laid out rooms, quiet and spacious! Staff were all pleasant and professional. Breakfast was great. Pool and gym were well appointed. Dining room had plenty of comfortable seating as well as excellent areas for device connections and charging stations. Great hotel! We will be back again!

Cons:

The room had a lot of lamp options but all were extremely bright. A soft light option, maybe on a nightstand, and perhaps a room safe, would be my only suggestions. Oh and change the refrigerator door so it opens toward the room and not the wall. Otherwise it was wonderful.

The cleanliness and amenities were great.

Cons:

The breakfast was pitiful with hard dried out cooked food. Couldn’t eat the toast. Canned biscuits and powdered egg dots were hard as a rock. My only disappointment and it was very disappointing. I base where I’m staying on there breakfast offering. Holiday Inn next door is far and above on this. Other than that, my stay was excellent. The staff was extremely friendly. No doubt a better breakfast would put Home2suites Paris over the top.
