Overall great hotel with courteous staff, clean room and awesome breakfast. They provide luggage storage facility after check out.

Bathroom was clean with toiletries, but size is bathroom is small.

The room was spacious, and thoughtfully designed with everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
Walkable from US consulate and staffs were really friendly and professional.
They even accommodated our need for a late checkout.

Very accessible and close to the embassy.

We had a good stay, the location is good and the building is new. The staff is friendly. The only downside was AC sounded like a fan but cooled the room.

Well, I stayed for 5 nights on business in the Delux room. The room was dirty, and in spite of asking the staff to clean it they only cleaned it once in 6 days I was there. Water bottles are charged. The noise was disturbing. Even the staff make lot of noise at night. I found it difficult to sleep. The worst part was the breakfast, it was just namesake. I had to have coffee from a nearby hotel as the machine coffee was pathetic. And some days that was also not there as it was not working. Also, coffee is not available from room service. I could have got better accomodation for the price I paid from the other hotels at the same location. Room service was food was too oily. The reviews here are not accurate. There rooms are not gated and can be accessed by anyone. But they have surveillance cameras, hope it is working.

Property is very conveniently located 5 mins walking distance to the US Consulate. Check-in was quick, morning vegetarian breakfast buffett was healthy and quick. This is not a luxury hotel but a very convenient option. Only caveat is that the area around has a lot of cab drivers just lurking around and that makes it not feel as safe to walk around.

I will not book again. Breakfast and hotel is good but they did not correct the listing which allowed child at time of check-in they demand to pay extra which made travel not pleasant

One of the front desk staff does not even know how to handle customers and gave a really bad impression . Checkin was really slow as well
Bathroom size is really small compared to the price of the property . No desk to eat food at the room (standard room) . Towels were felt like they haven’t replaced it in several years . Only positive side of the property is it is with in 3 mins walking distance to US consulate if you are going for interview .

Below are couple of points I have totally not satisfied.

1. AC in room was not working, they tried couple of time and in night asked to shift the room for AC as a resolution which caused discomfort for my family.
2. Bathroom towel was in torn condition and notified to front desk. They asked to submit the review.

The Hotel rooms were ok practically they had all the things you need but they could try to make it more presentable. the bathrooms were disastrous the bathroom ceiling was open and it would get stinky. The bathrooms are just too small. There was no soundproofing so you could hear noises all the time of people Taking baths, opening doors, dogs barking.

The staff was good and helpful.

The only thing amazing about this hotel was its proximity to the US Counsalate it was a five minutes walk.

Overall i would not recommend this to a family with kids there are plenty of other options available close to the US counsalate.
