The location was convenient to be able to stop along the interstate. The housekeeping staff were helpful and kind.
The building itself needs to be repaired and updated. There was rust all over the fixtures in the bathroom. There was a stale smell to the building.

Although limited, breakfast was the best thing they could have offered.
The check in process was entirely too slow. Over 16 minutes to get keys. The elevator to the second floor seemed like it was due for replacement or maintenance. Very bumpy and a hard stop. What should have been a red flag, was the luggage cart was filthy and looked horrible. It only gets worse from here.
Upon entering the room, we noticed the beds were a full size and we booked thinking it was queen size. Double beds, were so hard and smelled of cigs and marijuana. I went back to the check in desk and complained, was told that's all they had and offered an ozone machine. When delivered, he didn't even bring in and set up. He just handed in to me and left.
The first night, after a 14 hour drive was at most the noisiest night of a three day stay. What they don't tell you is there is a construction site next door that operates to midnight.
They do not offer many conveniences in the room only an ice bucket. There were only 3 plugs, that had lights plugged in. The charger ports did not work.
Day 2, returning to the room, our luggage had been moved off the furniture and placed on the floor. The only thing that changed was the service towels.
The bathroom was probably the worst of the area. I think it had more mold than the air conditioning vents and slides. The vent fan, mounted to the was had the cover loose and showed that it had not been cleaned and was inoperable. She taking a shower, the steam was so heavy in the room, it made the floor wet san slippery. Which leads me to the shower, the shower curtain was stained it I don't know what and barely slid because it the rusty support bar. The drain was obvious that it had not be cleaned in a very long time.
So we decided to watch tv to try and at least muffle some of the sounds. The tv wouldn't work and gave us errors that were not connected to any network or service. I tried to use the in house phone to contact the front desk. It also disappointed, as it didn't work either.

The staff was very friendly,the grounds and building was clean,the breakfast was a good selection, and they allow pets the shower was very nice
Upon going into the room, the window was broken and taped with blue tape, brown spots on ceiling looks like a pop explode, and their was a punch hole in wall not broken trough but very noticeable. The rooms need to be. Taken care of also not just the outside the pool is down I believe they are in the middle of fixing it
