with restaurant no food in the website you are telling restaurant but no lunch no snacks no dinner no tea coffee
but we have to order sperately even no cooldrinks etc
they are bringing to room only for lunch and dinner
for breakfast in ground floor its is ok but who will eat if goes before 7 am
i think u have to be open restautant fully

The entire campus was neatly maintained, rooms were clean and neat. Staff was friendly and helpful and always there for help when needed

Cons:

As it’s on the highway, the whole night we couldn’t sleep well due to the vehicle traffic noises. There was no lift. You have to take a long U turn to reach the property if you are going from Chennai side

Pros:

Some of the hotel dont match the order,I booked though Booking.com at a more affordable price ,but the desk staff asked me to pay an extra 1200 plus 300 gst per day.

Cons:

The uber driver arranged by the hotel is charging 3800 for the trip from the hotel to the zoo.
