This is our 2nd time staying. We are very happy with avid. Would be great if you had a waffle maker for breakfast.

Pros:

I liked the comfortable beds and pillows, and finally a hotel room with no carpet!

Cons:

Our room had some issues with bathroom cleanliness. However, the hotel staff switched our room immediately and gave sincere apologies. That said, the hotel appeared to be new and was very clean throughout all the other areas of the property.

Quiet which was pretty nice. Easy to find room.

Cons:

Room was dirty. Something on a doorframe. Phone was disgusting dirty. Top of bed and top of TV were extremely dusty which triggered my allergies to the point that I am still congested. Looks like someone pooped on the desk chair.

What a great property. My girlfriend and I decided to give this new IHG property a try after reading other reviews. Our stay did not disappoint. Eli greeted us on arrival with a warm and professional welcome. The property was clean and very streamlined.
Our room was quiet, clean and comfy. Breakfast was plentiful and well attended. We checked out without issue. Great stay and would highly suggest.

The staff was great! Loved the gym. Beds we're really comfortable. The only thing I'd bring up was thatour toilet was lose and rocked a bit when you sat down.
