Pros:

Simple, neat, and clean. With minimal fabric in the rooms, I didn't worry about potential bed bugs. The staff was friendly.

Cons:

When I tried calling to make a reservation the receptionist quoted me something different than I saw online. I asked to speak to a supervisor and waited over 20 minutes. Eventually I hung up and made the reservation online.

Pros:

The breakfast was good. The location is good, just 20 mins into downtown Milwaukee. The bed was comfortable, pillows were okay.

Cons:

The noise was a lot! You hear the people walking above you, as well the freeway noises.

Pros:

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, even the kitchen staff. Our room and bed is very comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful. We stayed 4 nights and had a wonderful experience.

Cons:

There's nothing negative i can say. It was all good!

Good choice in Milwaukee suburb area
Pros:

Bright and clean facility with modern decor. Easy on/off access to the highway. Complimentary breakfast was decent and room was comfortable. Parking lot easily accommodated our pick up truck.

Cons:

Distance from downtown Milwaukee was a little far but we knew that beforehand, and we were fine with it. (We can't stay downtown because parking a pick up truck in a garage is virtually impossible.) Someone else might want to be closer to downtown so keep that in mind when you book. (But the distance wasn't a deal breaker for us.)

Overall, I do see myself staying at this hotel next time I come visit Milwaukee
Pros:

I enjoyed the breakfast they offered as well as the cleanliness of the rooms. I also enjoyed using the gym the hotel had. Overall, I liked that the employees were all friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

I was a bit upset that the cleaning crew didn’t come in and clean the beds. They simply came in to pick the garbage and left. As someone that isn’t familiar with the area, I would get confused on which entrance to go in through to get to the hotel from the Main Street.
