Categories

Cleanliness
9.5
Repeatedly praised as very clean and well maintained across many reviews, though one report mentioned a dirty couch and occasional trash overflow at breakfast.
Service
9.2
Staff is frequently described as friendly, welcoming, and helpful; isolated reports of indifferent or lazy front desk behavior slightly lower this score.
Location
9.4
Consistently praised for being convenient and walkable to shops, restaurants, and the Gatlinburg strip; one note that it was a bit removed from some places.
Room Quality
9.1
Rooms described as modern, comfortable, and matching photos; occasional negatives include an uncomfortable sofa bed for some guests.
Amenities
7.8
Free covered parking and an indoor pool are available, but multiple complaints about very tight/narrow parking spaces, the pool being overly warm/poorly ventilated, and lack of a hot tub.
Value for Money
9.3
Frequently noted as good value with competitive pricing and high perceived quality for the price paid.
Food and Beverage
7.7
Breakfast is available and liked by some, but several reviews mention late starts, not-warm food, limited/poor selection, and cleanliness issues (overflowing trash).
Overall Experience
10
Overall very positive experiences reported with many guests recommending the hotel and indicating they'd return; remaining issues (parking, pool temperature, occasional staff lapses) did not outweigh general satisfaction.

Would recommend to others & would absolutely stay again.
Pros:

The hotel was spotless & the staff was friendly. The room was spacious and perfect for my family.

Cons:

I cannot personally complain about this but I would advise anyone who will be driving a large vehicle that parking and even getting through the parking lot would be difficult for you.

Nice pleasant quiet stay, a short walk to the main street.
Pros:

Generally a pleasant stay, clean and quiet. Suite room is spacious.

Cons:

A cockroach crawled on my arm when I laid down on the bed at night. I smashed it and informed the hotel staff.
I would give it a higher rating if not because of this incident.
