It is not a posh hotel, but was very clean and up to expectation.

Went second time in two months. Will never chose this property again.

Location and room service

Cons:

Front office, restaurant staff and overall sense of rudeness when the staff speak. I travelled as a single female with my daughter and felt odd . No courteousness . Even if we speak politely and with respect , the staff reply rudely. And then we are forced to handle things in their tone and demeanour.

a very comfortable stay
Pros:

breakfast was sumptuous with a very good spread. the food at the restaurant was tasty, the room was very clean and the housekeeping was prompt and helpful. the reception, and the restaurant staff were very courteous and helpful. the watchman at the garage was also helpful.

Cons:

the parking was quite difficult with entry and exit from the garage through a steep gradient. the garage ram could be made less steeper.

Confusion on why Sarovar shared their name to this project
Pros:

Rooms are well equipped with mordern amenities

Cons:

Staff attitude was poor . Breakfast was not given properly and was charged . Parking of the cars are in basement which is poorly planned and will hit the under chassis of the vehicle .
