Breakfast was good and staff was courteous, property seemed new and clean.

Cons:

There was practically no signage for the hotel so it was extremely hard to find and then figure out where to park. The garages are for the medical pavillion so there is no signage.

This hotel is great value for what you get
Pros:

The location was great, rooms were massive and my dog loved it.

Cons:

The way the lighting is set up in the larger rooms makes it hard for people next to the couch to sleep while someone on the sofa bed is awake.

ALL IN ALL THE STAY WAS GREAT AND WILL STAY THERE AGAIN.
Pros:

THE BREAKFAST WAS REALLY GOOD; STAFF WAS VERY ACCOMODATING AND PLEASANT. THE ROOM WAS COMFORTABLE.

Cons:

PLACE WASN'T VISIBLE WHEN WE FIRST GOT THERE; NOTHING TO GUIDE YOU MUCH WITH NO SIGNAGE OUTSIDE TO HELP YOU FIND THE PLACE.

Nice Location
Pros:

The staff was friendly and helpful
The location was great with the exception of having to pay additional per day for parking.

Cons:

Having to pay for parking per day.
The parking facility not being attached to the hotel. It was cold, snow and wind in play when I stayed so avoiding outside to get to my car would have been nice.
The room was nice but the sofa had stains on it and the shower looked as if a more thorough cleaning with Tilex wouldn't have hurt it at all.

New property with huge rooms and friendly staff. Would easily return.
Pros:

Spacious and thoughtfully designed room.

Cons:

Breakfast could’ve been open a bit longer and been easier to access. I was super excited about the create your own breakfast sandwiches, but the components were difficult to move from the warmer to the plate.
