Cons:

Wrong location According to booking map, washroom was not clean, people around that Property was not aware about the property. Over priced food. According to about of this property it's a 3 star hotel but it's not and it says 1.6km from Patna railway station but it's 10km.

Cosy, comfortable stay, with scope for further improvement...
Pros:

The hotel is on the 6th floor of a commercial building, (Icon-Gen Next) with the famous Pramod Laddu Bhandar on the ground floor. Location is on the service lane of Bailey Road at RPS More, well connected to various parts of Patna City. Fortunately, I had informed the Manager in advance, and we checked in early morning around 5.30 am on 18th although booking was from 17th July. The room was about 120 sq ft with an attached bath room and a small balcony/ante room, with a double bed, cupboard, TV and split A/C. It was clean and well maintained, with scope for further improvement with more amenities. At present they have only 4 rooms, with few more to be added soon. Breakfast was provided on both days from the restaurant on ground floor, with several vegetarian options being available. The bed was comfortable to sleep, pillows soft and linen crisp, and staff helpful.

Cons:

Noise from the service road was quite loud and our room was facing the road.
Entry to the building is from the side, with a small signboard which can be easily missed.
Cleanliness of the access into the building needs to be improved if they wish to attract business visitors.
Amenities in the room like a small table, chair/sofa, coffee maker, foot mat near bath room door, newspaper would further improve the comfort of customers.
