Pros:

Rooms and staff was too good. I stayed couple of days there , breakfast and dinner was awesome.

Cons:

But the only thing was in the room air conditioner was not working properly. Experienced couple of times in couples of months

Ordinary rooms....expensive rates
Pros:

Breakfast spread was good and so too ambience in the dining hall. Staff were courteous and tried to be helpful. Ms Uma at the reception desk was very efficient, unlike some others.

Cons:

We were 3 old ladies but were assigned 2 rooms on different floors WITHOUT being told at the reception. Noticed only after we took the keys and then got it changed. I had specifically asked for twin beds to be separated in one room but they were joined. The beds seemed rather small in width and shabby, lacking the feel of luxury one expects in hotels of this calibre. Mattresses not very thick. Dustbin in bathroom did not have a lid and tissues piled up, making it look very dirty. The toilet seat too became unhinged on the second day. Coffee and milk packets were replenished only after we asked.
It is an above average hotel but it does not match other hotels of this price range. There are better options in Vijayawada if you are willing to spend this much
