So dirty, totally run down, we didn't stay
Pros:

first of all, we booked a triple room, but at our arrival they only had double ones available (we're a couple with a child).
we enter one room, someone's piss is still in the toilet, floor is all dirty throughout (including hallway), stains and hair on the bedsheet. We asked to change room, same score. I even asked for some cleaning products so I could clean the room myself! the guy came with a dirty cloth and wiped it all over, doing nothing.
We were so disgusted that we have to leave and look for a last minute room in one of the other hotels of the road.

We asked Hotels.com to intermediate for a refund, we've been there less than an hour, didn't touch anything, they even had other people taking the dirty room in question as we were coming out (everyone with their own standards I guess!), but they lied about the triple room, saying they offered it and I declined! LOL
they refused to give us a refund. Considering how much of a slimehole that place was, the hassle and the discomfort they caused, us coming from a whole day of travelling, so tired and in need of a simple and clean place to rest, a refund would have been the least they could have done. But no, dirty AND dishonest. what a nightmare.
anyway, I'll let the pictures speaking for themselves.
Avoid this place guys, I hope Hotels.com takes it even out of their listings, for people not to experience the same filth.

Nothing like pictures
Pros:

Hotel looks nothing like pictures. Bedding was not clean, curtain railings falling, and bathroom not clean. The 10/10 reviews are questionable and should be investigated.

Pros:

Satifies with room and service. Hotel close to metro station. Very smooth check in. We fell very comfortable. Stay again soon
