Parking was fine, staff was fine, room had a stinky smell from previous person who was there. The towels were not fresh.

Pros:

Clean room, good parking. Staff was not willing to replenish coffee for kitchen. I used the two packets the first day. I did not know this was an extended stay property. Coffee was available in the lobby.

Pros:

This was my first time staying at a Candlewood Suite. I was pleasantly surprised. I would recommend this location especially if you are attending an event in the area. The room was very clean. The cost was reasonable as well. Jesse was the afternoon staff who checked me in. He is amazing! I don't know the name of the male who did my checkout, but he was great too.

Staff was friendly, engaging and kind. However the accommodations were just adequate.

The room lacked amenities, such as a luggage rack and a side table for dining. Room door lock had issues (solved by employee showing us we had to jiggle the door).

This property is a much better fit for a long term stay but for stays of 7 days or less, it didn’t work for us.

Great option for the money.
Pros:

Our check-in experience was fantastic. Very kind and helpful staff. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean. No complaints on the room itself. The only negative was the fan in the bathroom was rattling. And there was no separate switch for it. So if you turned the light on, the fan also came on which was noisy and kind of annoying. Check-out was super fast. Definitely decent enough for the money. I’d stay again.

Pros:

There was not an iron in the unit when checked in, mentioned it to the front desk and he came and verified and never came back with one. The bathroom was dirty with cigarette burns on the sink. I mentioned all this to the staff as well.
