Pros:

Location, rooms are decent, restaurant has ample options,

Cons:

Toilet pots were not deep cleaned and excuse given of bore well water, infact Bathroom has bore well water not good for hair.

Restaurant breakfast is not worth of additional payment, tea and food quality is good but waiters are bit unprofessional.

Location is convenient.

Cons:

The sheets in the room was not changed at all. Had stains on it. The bathroom was not great and was dirty. The breakfast buffet was disappointing. They didn't have an elevator and we had to carry our luggage up the stairs.

Amazing food; breakfast was simple and delicious. The hotel staff were not really friendly, but passable if going for a day only.

Cons:

We requested an early check-in, which they denied, saying they didn't have any rooms. Requested for late checkout; they said they will give a room to freshen up later, but upon reaching back, they said we cannot get a room for freshening up. Upon clarifying, we were given a checked-out room, not cleaned or ready.
Requested for a room with 2 double beds but instead got an extra mattress, which again we had to ask for.

Cons:

Somebody puked in the gallery and hotel staff didn't bother to clean. It was smelling very badly.

Gallery window was without window pane, risk of falling from height.
