Pros:

Everything was good. The kids enjoyed the pool, the location was in a good spot and I absolutely LOVE when I make a booking for 6 people and there are 6 towels already in the room. A lot of places dont do that for us.

Cons:

The only problem we had was being placed on the top floor with 4 kids and then getting a call that it sounded like they were running around. Also, the breakfast area is a little small and enclosed which made it hard to get breakfast with people coming in and out and waiting for people to make their food and leave the small room. The breakfast eating space was a great size.

Cons:

No coffee at the lobby at night. Breakfast not fresh. Staffs dont normally care about the guests circumstances and wont even bother trying to understand the guests situations.

Pros:

The room was an excellent layout and we loved the extra pull out couch which was extremely comfortable. Having a son (12) and daughter (5) it makes sharing beds difficult so the extra pull out was perfect. The little kitchen was perfect for our needs as well. It had all the plates and silverware to make not going out to eat every meal during our stay lovely. And the breakfast was amazing. So many selections to choose from. Everyone in our family found something to enjoy for breakfast.

Cons:

The location was a tad out of the way. But still close enough to get to where we needed all throughout the city. It was our only downside.

We didn't stay. We paid for a night and never stayed and left! Terrible waste of time and money.
Pros:

Nothing as we didn't even stay the night. Wasted money!

Cons:

There was a party happening in the room connected to us next door. Loud music, slamming doors of the in and out, and yelling. Went to tell the front desk and he did not care at all. So we checked out and never stayed the night.

I am not a complainer so I made do, and enjoyed my day and stay regardless.The breakfast has fallen off as well.
Pros:

It was clean and very spacious. Not as good as my first stay. I was one of the first to stay in this particular Home2suites

Cons:

I paid nearly $250 for a suite that had no bathroom tissue, no shower gel, and 1 fork in the room for me and my guest. However, it was a good stay because New York beat the Pacers. I made a complaint to a young woman at the desk upon checking out. I honestly must say this particular facility has dropped in service tremendously. This was grossly overpriced.

Good value if your room is properly prepared
Pros:

The staff were friendly, the beds were comfortable, and the room was spacious. There was plenty of food to eat.

Cons:

There was a stain and hair on the pullout mattress, indicating that the sheet hadn't been changed since its last use. This was very disappointing and disgusting. I was able to get a new fitted sheet, but it should have been changed before we even got there.

The shower gel and conditioner were basically empty in the shower.

The breakfast setup is cramped and haphazard. Utensils and plates were not in convenient or obvious locations and there was a wait for breakfast staple items.

Pros:

I paid $104 dollars, booked the wrong date and it was hell trying to get it changed. After a week of emails and calls the date still didn't get changed. I booked this hotel so my kids could swim and were told the pool was open but after arriving the pool was NOT open. VERY DISAPPOINTING AND A WASTE OF MY MONEY!!!

Cons:

online customer service!! NOT TREY AT THE FRONT DESK, HE WAS GREAT!!! GIVE HIM A RAISE OR A PAID DAY OFF that would compensate me for my stay there.
