Pros:

The outside was nice, the hotel looks grand. The corridors are nice and the lawn and parking space is plenty.
The rooms are spacious. The staff respond quickly.

Cons:

The bathrooms are not clean at all, the toilet bowls were yellow from not being cleaned. Hot water wasn't consistent.
The balcony was full of pigeon droppings. We spotted two rats in the room too unfortunately.

Pros:

The hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful. Since it has not been that long the property opened they were nice enough to give us upgrade. We checked in pretty late but staff was very welcoming.

Cons:

It was a new property but still everything seems unkept and incomplete. Please don't get fooled by the pictures. First of all the property is pretty far from the city and the drive didn't feel safe at night.
The wood ply on the washroom door was damaged due to moisture and on the top there was no glass division between the bathing and basin area.
Washroom was really dirty, our room door had incomplete paint patch, couch was burnt with cigarettes and was having holes in it, no refrigerator in the room,switch board was damaged.

Overall at the price which we paid for our stay was nowhere justified to their quality of service.
