Enjoyed the comfort of the overnight stay.
Pros:

It was clean and accessible. The restaurant provided very good food and service. The girl at the service desk was very good but the guy on checkout was hard to communicate with.

Cons:

Some maintenance in the bathroom is required. Needs towel rack/rail and a few more clothing hooks. Extra bath mat would have been good.

AC not working, for the premium price charged per night, expected better amenities like porper AC
Pros:

Accessibility as its at city center . Lift adn staff behaviour.

Cons:

AC didnt work during whole night . Room boy checked and didnt return to fix it.
Had to pay for AC room but had to end up using fan for stay.

Except for the location, not sure what was likeable about the property

Cons:

When you read it's Treebo affiliated property, you assume some decent level of facilities inspite of it being a low key hotel.
Starting from parking for which there was no direction clear, was completely open, and was far away from the main building.
We reached the hotel around 5 pm and still both the rooms were not ready, when the check in time is actually 1 PM.
Entered one room, which was called delux and by no standards it was delux. Very small room with window opening to a not so pleasant scene.
Liquid soap in the washroom was smelling really bad, had to call the manager in charge to change it and it never happened.
Towels were smelling and had to get them also replaced.
Ordered tea and that was also not great, had smell of milk.
Staff is also not well trained either.
So there is nothing which is really good about the property.
