Would more attention to the entry way. Should be cleaner and kept neat. Otherwise great property.

Pros:

Bed was comfortable and close to everything we wanted to do.

Cons:

No notice televisions were out in all rooms and staff was very short with us when we would ask what was being done. Was told two different people were working on it. Wasn't offered any real statement on time line. Vent did not work in bathroom.

Overall, a good place to stay for a slightly higher rate.
Pros:

Great location near Spire. Great breakfast offered everyday at 6AM. Spacious room. Kitchen set-up in room was wonderful plus all needed glasses, cookware, and silverware. Very helpful staff.

Cons:

King sized bed was not consistently firm on both sides. Housekeeping did not replace shampoo bottle in shower, had to get it from the desk. For 5 night stay only got fresh towels once unless we asked at desk.

Staff was great.
Pros:

Staff was the best of any hotel we have been at.

Cons:

The pool was out all 3 days. And I have 2 boys that like to swim. It is the real reason we booked there.
