THE WORST STAY

Cons:

First of all why do you even let animals inside the property? This is so unhygienic second of all Muriel from the reception was extremely rude. Imagine she was shouting at customers,3rd of of all there was no breakfast buffet , only a menu. The AC system is extremely bad. Why does it even shut down all of a sudden I couldn’t sleep…it is extremely bad. Also, there were trials to take money from the card while we were sleeping why would you even take money without our presence? I would never ever go back

Dirty, loud, and not peaceful at all.
Pros:

Loved the club on the roof. Was a great view.

Cons:

There were stains on the sheets of the bed and the people in the next room started banging dishes and things along with being extremely loud. It was like they were in my room and I could not sleep. I wanted a good nights rest and instead I was kept up. It was awful!

Pros:

The option to have a humidifier for the room was honestly a life-saver. Very attentive staff, and a peaceful, clean room.

Cons:

I would say it's not exactly a happening part of Denver to be located in, which was fine? A few coffee shops and workout studios nearby, but otherwise it's a bit empty.

Pros:

Be prepared to pay $55.00 to park and $38.00 for a 5:00-6:00 wine, champagne and light snacks. This also cover $15.00 for two people at breakfast, not each $15.00, combined. The fee is charged even if you don’t use it which we did not. You cannot opt out of this charge.

The front desk staff was AMAZING
BEAUTIFUL ROOM Only small issue the boiler for hotel was too small - not enough hot water gift the tub - at 3 am it was hot enough - telling not strong enough or needs to be hottestat peak times - other than that an amazing property!!

I’d pass on this spot next time.
Pros:

Place is very understaffed. They charge $55 a day for overnight parking, but when you need the car it takes 20 minutes. Bar service is very slow. Restaurant food was good but service was very slow.

Dog friendly and beautiful!
Pros:

So dog friendly! We travel with our pup and usually dog friendly = gross. This place is gorgeous, clean, comfortable. We got room service from the Italian restaurant on premises and it was so so good!!
