Holiday Inn Express & Suites Fresno Airport by IHG

I needed the airport shuttle twice during this stay. The first time it took forever. The second time THE DRIVER COULDN'T BE FOUND even though I had reminded them twice. This is really unsatisfactory, especially since I'm an IHG Rewards member.

The room is routinely cleaned daily. Breakfast is also good.

Good one night stay close to FAT. Staff are helpful, friendly, and professional.

Room was clean. Bed comfy. Great amenities. Hot water for showers. No coffee in room. Had to go downstairs to lobby. Airport shuttle very timely when requested. Checkin staff very helpful and personable. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Hotel Stay! One of my favorite's.

This was probably one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. It was new only 2 months old but the thought put into the room design and what people really need in a hotel room was outstanding. From the layout to the special needs designed for people that needed two separate spaces in the morning in a single room, to the front desk. This was a great hotel and I highly recommend you stay there.

Staff excellent. The darkening shade much appreciated. The shower floor was not clean and some mold around the caulking. I think having a hose in the shower would make it easier to clean thoroughly for cleaning staff

No hot water, house keeping did not come.

Top notch staff! The gentleman during the day at the front desk, Debbie at the front desk at night, and the outstanding breakfast cook and host (I did not catch her name, but she has a beautiful singing voice), all provided excellent service! In addition, the entire facility is maintained meticulously and with noticeable great care! We will tell all of our friends and will certainly stay there again! Thank you

This was the best one I’ve stayed at. The desk girls were great. The breakfast was great!!

The shower walls were covered in grease/oil and grime, which I had to clean off myself when I took a shower. Look like a construction worker had been staying there previously. The floors were also dirty, and my feet ended up black after walking on the tiles. It made me realize how unclean the place was.

The staff in the morning who helped with breakfast were the kindest and most helpful. They really added to the good experience of the entire facility. Very clean
