We stayed at 4 other hotels on our vacation and yours was the best value.

Great hotel close to Lexington
Pros:

The property was in a great location just outside of downtown Lexington. It was very clean. They have a pool table, games and coffee bar in the lobby. The room was spacious and just what we needed.

Cons:

The walls were thin so I could hear the people next to us talking and running through their room. Other than that, I have zero complaints.

Wonderful hotel, terrible booking experance!
Cons:

Price offerings on website before Honors membership was known included non refundable rates nearly $50 less than what I ended up paying as a Hilton Honors member after the non refundable booking confirmed with a start date 6 weeks after the date I selected. Since the website warned of loosing the fee already collected for canceling or modifying the booking, I called and was told that the reservation was canceled and to return to the website and rebook. On returning to do so, there were no longer any non refundable offerings, however, the location was needed on the dates required so I made the reservation. As of this review nether the Hilton Advpurch8002367 refund or the “$25 incidental reserve” have been processed yet. One would hope that a “Honors” member with a credit card on file would not have to post a “bond” for stuff that would most likely NOT be needed on a one night stay.

Pros:

Music was playing in the lobby, making the environment welcoming above other hotels. Staff was very welcoming, and the cleanliness was above all others.

Cons:

Filtered water fountain only on main floor. Price is average, but service and cleanliness were immaculate.
