Pros:

Der kleine Pool war nett und Frühstück war auch gut.

Cons:

Personal am Empfang sehr sehr unfreundlich. Leo Wort zu viel und auch keine kurze Erklärung. Zum Beispiel wann es Frühstück gibt, wo es zu den Aufzügen bzw. Zum Zimmer geht. Einfach nur schrecklich.

Great location and excellent amenities, though beds may be softer than typical.
Pros:

The location was perfect, with many dining choices within easy walking distance. The rooms were very clean, quiet, and nicely appointed. The pool was also quite nice and the breakfast had a wide variety of options.

Cons:

I seldom find a hotel mattress to be uncomfortable but the bed's mattress was far too soft and not supportive at all. Additionally, our 10 year-old granddaughter, who weighs only 88 lbs, mentioned she could feel the support bars on the pull-out sofa bed and said it was quite uncomfortable. I sat on the bed to comb out her hair and the mattress did indeed feel uncommonly thin even for a sofa bed. Considering the facility was built in 2023, both of these conditions were a bit disappointing.
