We are very happy with the facility and employees.
Pros:

Very friendly service. Very clean. The breakfast area was kept very clean and stocked. The lady taking care of the food was very helpful. She did a great job. Also the cleaning crew and the receptionist were very professional and attentive.

Cons:

Breakfast could have more hot options, for vegetarian food.

Overall this is a nice place to stay and good value in Lincoln.
Pros:

The property is newer and clean. The sound insulation is good and it was pretty quiet. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The size of the room was small and the configuration was choppy making it hard to provide comfortable living space around all the needs to store luggage and equipment.

Nice location with a fun lobby area and comfortable bed.
Pros:

Nice, central location in Lincoln away from downtown / campus pricing but close to both main and east campus.
Fun lobby with some games and fun seating.

Cons:

A/C controls in the room were challenging as it never seemed to stay at the set point while I was away during the day. Had to request a change in rooms due to how hot it was in the first room even though the thermostat in the room was set to the low 70's.
Breakfast was ok.

Great start and end to our 19 day trip out west to WY from GA
Pros:

We stayed 2 weeks ago on our trip out west and made a special point of staying again on our way back because we loved the motel so much.

Great place to stay while in Lincoln, Nebraska
Pros:

The hotel is conveniently located near a shopping center with several dining options, which made it easy to grab food or take care of errands. There was also plenty of parking, and the hotel itself was clean, modern, and well maintained. Also, I like the fact that the rooms have hard wood flooring. This is so much better than carpet for cleanliness sake.

Cons:

My only complaint was the large gap underneath the room door. It seemed to let in quite a bit of noise from the hallway. On Friday morning in particular, I could hear doors opening and closing repeatedly, which was pretty disruptive. Closing that gap or improving the soundproofing would make an otherwise great stay even better.
