AVA Hotels & Corporates Millennium City

My recent stay was unfortunately below expectations due to multiple service and maintenance issues.

Firstly, no welcome drink was served upon arrival, despite it being mentioned as part of the booking amenities. While this may seem minor, it set the tone for the level of service we experienced throughout the stay.

The room itself had several maintenance issues. The exhaust fan wasn’t functioning, and despite informing the staff, no attempt was made to fix it. The mini-bar leaked throughout the first night, and while it was eventually fixed on the second day, it was inconvenient. Additionally, basic amenities like slippers were not provided upon arrival, and even after requesting them three times, they were only given on the second day.

One of the most concerning issues was the faulty door lock, which compromised privacy and security throughout our stay. This should have been addressed immediately, but no resolution was provided. Furthermore, the doorbells for the adjoining rooms were excessively loud, often causing confusion and, at times, even feeling intimidating.

Overall, the stay was disappointing, and the lack of prompt service and proper maintenance significantly impacted the experience. I hope the hotel management takes these concerns seriously to improve the quality of service for future guests.

While the room was clean and the service was good, the lack of heating made it uncomfortably cold. I had to bundle up in hoodies and pants just to stay warm inside.

It was a lovely stay. Receptionist was so sweet, nice clean room. I’d highly recommend to my friends. 21 minutes to airport.

They checked me into a wrong room and then they took me to my room where hand wash soap bottle was empty, toilet roll had almost run out of the paper and when asked to replace they took such a long time saying people are on lunch etc etc.

I took a chance on this property since I had not heard of them before, A lovely experience. Customer service is top notch. This is a 3 star budget hotel that functions like a 5 star hotel. They are way underrated. I was greeted every day when I entered the lobby. They constantly stay on top of cleanliness. Room service was top notch. Anushka and Sylvia were amazing. My room was bright and clean. Only a couple of things posed challenges. The service road floods easily so if you are coming during rainy season you should keep that in mind. The second thing was out of the staff's control; there are constant brown outs. They didn't last long and the generator kicked in within a few seconds but I happened at least once per day. If you rely on using the wi-fi for business then this could prove problematic. As I said, this is not their fault. I love that there was easy and quick transportation to and from the airport, Galleria Market, Ambience Mall. The metro is also close by. This hotel will do well if they continue with the current model of service. I will stay here again if I come back to Delhi or Haryana.

The location and ambience of the property is literally stay worthy, staff here is always up for the help and hospitality.
Resturent is very peaceful and quiet, food presentation of good and very tasty.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
