Even for a discount hotel in Manhattan, this dump is not worth the money.
Cons:

The front desk employee pretended not to understand English in order to avoid questions. The room was filthy, with hair and used contact lenses on the floor, and a wet floor mat for the shower. The door lock was broken. There was dirt in ice from the ice machine.

В качестве рекомендации персоналу отеля внимательнее относится к контингенту, который вы заселяете.
Pros:

Расположение удачное, в шаговой доступности две станции метро, магазины, итальянский квартал с отличными ресторанчиками. Завтрак с небольшим ассортиментом, но вполне достаточно, омлет, сосиски, каша, йогурты, хлопья, выпечка. На первом этаже в течении дня доступно чай и кофе. Уборка в номерах и общественной зоне хорошая, нареканий нет.

Cons:

Номера маленькие, но это стандарт для Нью.-Йорка., к сожалению нет номеров с раздельными кроватями. Проблема в шумоизоляции, ее нет вообще. Мы отдыхали семьей с детьми подростками и в последний день в соседний номер заехала пара абсолютно неадекватных людей, которые всю ночь пили, курили, слушали громкую музыку и занимались тем, что детям слышать не нужно. По слышимости было ощущение, что мы находимся с ними в одном номере. Несколько раз за ночь мы обращались на ресепшн, но это не дало никаких результатов. Утром мы совершенно в разбитом состоянии покинули отель, и учитывая, что нам предстоял перелет на целый день, состояние было отвратительное и впечатление об отеле сильно испорчено.
