O quarto é sensacional, espaçoso e muito confortável. O café da manhã em passos é uma experiência incrível e personalizada. Todos os funcionários são muito simpáticos e prestativos.
As vagas de estacionamento poderiam ser demarcadas, mas eu entendo que, como são poucos carros, nem é tão necessário assim.
Comparado a um hotel cinco estrelas, o serviço da recepção foi péssimo, mas os funcionários do restaurante foram simpáticos.

Mais peut-être quelques pistes d’amélioration :
1/ Pourquoi proposer un transfert gratuit aéroport /hotel, et refuser la même chose dans le sens hotel/aeroport (qui était le seul dont nous avions besoin) ? L’enjeu financier est minime mais peut avoir un impact en termes de satisfaction.
2/ L’expérience du petit déjeuner en 4 ou 6 plats est intéressante mais personnellement je suis plus partisan de choisir ce qui me convient.
Everything was perfect. One of the best boutique hotels we have stayed in. From the moment we were greeted by Samanta in the beautiful reception, we knew we had made the right choice and were in for a real treat. The hotel is in a lush tropical setting, with birds roaming the grounds and chirping in the trees all around, including a toucan that came to visit one morning to welcome us. The villas are gorgeous, private and well appointed with luxurious beds and linens - very comfortable! Everything about this little gem is impeccable. The breakfast is an experience of fine, creative food prepared with meticulous detail by Chef and served by Samuel with attention to detail and a story for each dish. Take the time to enjoy it, a great way to start the day! And the evening meals were also delicious, with tasty wine options! Andres, our tour guide, is a master of his craft and shares his 20 years of local experience with humour and a friendly, cheerful manner - nothing was too much to ask. And of course the experience of Iguazu Falls, from the river drenched by the falls, the National Park walkways of Brazil and the train and walkway in Argentina, is spectacular. Indulge and take the Helisul flyover for the perfect aerial viewing. Our stay in Iguazu exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend Las Hotel Boutique as your luxurious base for your local experiences. Do yourself a favour, make a reservation and enjoy the experience! Thank you to all of the staff who created such a memorable experience, leaving was tough. Cheers!!!

We really like the vibe of the hotel! The tropical garden, some wildlife, and especially the rooms! Little design details, such as a swivel TV, branded slippers, fresh flowers on the towels, and other details. The breakfast is quite good - and unique. The service from all the staff was unmatched.
The wellness area and fitness were a little underwhelming, despite the pool area being amazing. They could also use some local beer in the bar.

Beautiful chalets, very clean, modern and comfortable. The pool and spa area are great, and although the fitness centre is very small, with not much equipment, it was overall very useable. Service was great, super hospitable and the drinks / food overall was positive.
The breakfast is a pre-selected (by the chef) tasting menu that spans several courses and that the hotel suggests 90 mins to complete. This is an odd way in which to offer breakfast in our opinion - we’d like to choose what we want and a lot less in terms of volume and time spent.

Un hôtel niché dans écrin de verdure ! Le personnel est très attentionné, efficace et adorable.
Il ne souhaite que nous faire plaisir . Soucieux de notre bien être avec des attentions particulières pour chacun et un petit dej gargantuesque et de qualité .

Sehr schöne Bangalos mitten in der Natur. Super freundliches und aufmerksames Personal., besonders im Restaurant und herzlicher Empfang von Raymond. Das Essen im Restaurant ist köstlich. Insgesamt ein sehr entschleunigender Aufenthalt
