A pleasurable stay in a unique hotel experience.
Pros:

We really like the vibe of the hotel! The tropical garden, some wildlife, and especially the rooms! Little design details, such as a swivel TV, branded slippers, fresh flowers on the towels, and other details. The breakfast is quite good - and unique. The service from all the staff was unmatched.

Cons:

The wellness area and fitness were a little underwhelming, despite the pool area being amazing. They could also use some local beer in the bar.

Overall great with the exception of breakfast.
Pros:

Beautiful chalets, very clean, modern and comfortable. The pool and spa area are great, and although the fitness centre is very small, with not much equipment, it was overall very useable. Service was great, super hospitable and the drinks / food overall was positive.

Cons:

The breakfast is a pre-selected (by the chef) tasting menu that spans several courses and that the hotel suggests 90 mins to complete. This is an odd way in which to offer breakfast in our opinion - we’d like to choose what we want and a lot less in terms of volume and time spent.

Tout était parfait !
Pros:

Un hôtel niché dans écrin de verdure ! Le personnel est très attentionné, efficace et adorable.
Il ne souhaite que nous faire plaisir . Soucieux de notre bien être avec des attentions particulières pour chacun et un petit dej gargantuesque et de qualité .

Extremamente relaxante, a natureza que envolve o hotel é sensacional; é um lugar que certamente retornarei.
Pros:

Do tamanho, da divisão dos cômodos, o banheiro é espetacular, só achei a área da pia do banheiro um pouquinho escura, acho que deveria ter mais iluminação.

Sehr schöne Bangalos mitten in der Natur. Super freundliches und aufmerksames Personal., besonders im Restaurant und herzlicher Empfang von Raymond. Das Essen im Restaurant ist köstlich. Insgesamt ein sehr entschleunigender Aufenthalt

Para quem quer descansar é perfeita.
Pros:

O conforto, o bom gosto da decoração e principalmente a praticidade da maneira que foi pensada para agradar ao casal.

Cons:

A iluminação, achei um pouco escura, principalmente onde tem o espelho de aumento , falta iluminação para poder se maquiar.

Wonderful stay: unique , private, special.
Pros:

Tasting menu breakfast was elegant, delicious and fun. First day was wonderful and second lovely. Don’t think it would be ideal for any more days but this is just my feeling.

Cons:

Really nothing. They went above and beyond. Staff was all amazing. Kind , helpful…. Anticipated all. Private casitas afforded a wonderful private getaway. Beautiful pool. Grounds stunning. Restaurant dinner excellent.
