nice and quiet and comfortable stay
Pros:

rooms were big and comfy , staff was friendly and so helpful

Worst stay I have had. Never stay there again
Pros:

Room was clean and flooring was new.

Shower was broken, halls smelled like pot and breakfast was awful. Complained to front desk and left my number for manager to call. No call

Would not stay there again.
Cons:

Guests in room above mine, which was 213, played loud music with a drum beat that rocked my room from around 7 pm to after 1 am. I called reception to complaint twice and it was turned down for 5 minutes around 11:30 and 12:30 , then resumed. At 1 am I requested a room change so I could sleep, and none was available. After that I went to the door of the room myself and there were 4 men inside and requested they turn down the music, They did for again, for about 5 minutes. Ear plugs did not help, I took a sleeping pill and fell asleep near1:30 am with only 4 1/2 hrs of sleep that night which adversely affected my actvity the next day. I had a stroke in March, and was unable to walk well enough to be in the parade yet at home I was walking up and down hills 2 miles a day. Also the restaurant had not been opened yet, the food was poor at breakfast, no advertised bacon just hard boiled eggs, and tater tots, No handicap accessible entrance, I had to climb eight or so stairs with my luggage, fortunately there was a handrail.

The room was comfortable. Staff was friendly.
Pros:

The breakfast was good enough.
Eggs were gone when I got there

Cons:

I was located by the ice machine room 213
Very noisy but there was plenty of ice

Pros:

The price. The room was big and clean..staff was friendly. The couch was.very comfortable.

The pool. The contentental breakfast was lacking, and the bed was hard.

Pros:

The breakfast was very good. The pool was excellent. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

Cons:

I don't care for the entry stairs and wished their pub had been open. I didn't care for the lack of channels on their DTV cable.

Beds were very comfortable and looked new, The staff were friendly, courteous, helpful and genuine.
Pros:

Breakfast was a lower quality that I would have anticipated based on the cost per night. It was decent. There was no breakfast meat served.

Cons:

Made the booking based on the availability of an inhouse restaurant / bar and it was closed for a sprinkler issue. This is the second time in 14 months I have traveled to the area and attempted to visit the restaurant and it's been closed for repairs.

It was a pleasurable stay with great amenities, any issues that came up were handled promptly by staff.
Pros:

The openness, pool and bar access

Cons:

There was a strong cigarette smell but staff were kind enough to switch out my room due to smell
