Breakfast could have been better.
Breakfast was very good. Very well organized. Would recommend a mix of fruit if at all possible. Otherwise it was very good. Location close to the Academy, which was helpful for us. Overall experience a 9 out of 10.
We had submitted a request for a room away from the elevator and on 4th floor if possible. We submitted a request two times prior to checking in and the individual checking us in didn’t seem to be aware at all of the request. The other thing we were a bit dissatisfied with was that we were charged additional cost for parking when we have not had to pay that charge when we stayed there during previous visits.
New and up to date electronics. Spacious room. Very good breakfast.
Slightly out of the way unless you want to be near the stadium. So going into downtown means another parking cost on top of the hotel $30+ a night.
Rooms were clean and comfortable
Staff was not trained to provide important details. For example, key required to use elevators, exit directions out of hotel driveway.

KIds ran all over and were not supervised by their chaperones/ parents. Very noisey until 11 am and first thing in the morning running and yelling
They do not clean the property everyday I believe once in 3 days no one did a full clean inspite that I stayed for 4 nights
