Important information:

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Please inform Sonder The Craftsman in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
A damage deposit of USD 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding the guests stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government issued photo ID. Guests will receive check in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Please note, the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. There is no cable or microwave. We have provided a Roku for streaming. Due to the central location, city noise may be present. The Studio has no washer or dryer.

Bolt hole ìn the sky
Pros:

Nice and clean..beds made up and short tidy daily..very nice.our rooms were large and comfortable..with full serviced..liquer and supermarket within walking distance

Spacious Apartment Downtown
Pros:

The facility itself is a good value for money. The apartment I booked was spacious and comfortable; housekeeping did a great job every day. I particularly appreciated the complimentary items in the kitchen.

Cons:

Though location is central, it is not the most optimal for safety or proximity to sights. I did not feel safe walking in the immediate surroundings of the hotel since the downtown area seems quite troubled and rundown.

Pros:

I liked the set up of the room and the inbuilt appliances, the ease of operating, check-in and check-out standards, and the cleanliness in the rooms. I think this stay is value for money and is very peaceful to be here. I pretty much had everything I needed, in fact more than what I needed during my stay. They had staff who were there to clean up the room and change towels everyday without you having to ask them, which is what I loved the most about this place. I look forward to staying here again when I get back to LA. Thank you so much for your services, Sonder team!

Cons:

I liked everything! But sleeping here was difficult because of the noisy Downton in LA at night. There is not much that the hotel can do for remediating it. That's why I think it was a very good stay overall.

Habitación muy mal insonorizadas. Algunas luces no se apagaban nunca (armario) lo que unido a los ruidos, la altura de la habitación (2) y la inexistente insonorización hicieron que no pudiéramos dormir ninguna noche bien

Great location and all around great choice of place to stay
Pros:

Very easy access to everything you need to enjoy your stay. Very secure and great staff.

Cons:

The keypad to enter the elevator. Make it card access or some other way to use it.

The apartment is great for two couples staying a week - road noise is tough if over a weekend
Cons:

LOVED our accommodations!! Everything was just perfect - absolutely no complaints. High ceilings, windows / lighting / awesome staff!
The ONLY drawback was all the noise. we were there are on a Saturday night and I only got 4 hours of sleep due to the road noise. 5th floor. cars peeling out, people yelling, sirens, fire trucks - you name it. Earplugs helped a little but man, I have never stayed somewhere that was so loud!!

Εξαιρετικό άνετο διαμέρισμα με υπέροχη θέα. Πεντακάθαρο με πολλές παροχές. Ευγενέστατο προσωπικό με άμεση εξυπηρέτηση. Βολική η θέση για το Μετρό και τις συγκοινωνίες.

Η περιοχή εκτός του ξενοδοχείου δυστυχώς είναι δύσκολη κυρίως τα βράδια.
