A great weekend home away from home!

Welcoming and friendly
Pros:

The facility was nice and clean. There was a ton of events going on this weekend including soccer and dance competitions. The front desk and staff did a great job making sure that the teams did not wreck havoc and cause others to want to leave. Environment was welcoming and clean. I had booked through booking.com, and I ended up only needing one night. I was charged for 2 nights, but once I made the staff aware they fixed my problem with no issues.

Disappointed in reservations and room readiness
Pros:

They gave away our room and we were forced to find a new hotel at 10:30 at night with two kids after driving for 4 hours!

Pros:

Staff was very friendly. Room was comfortable and relaxing.

Cons:

Breakfast was lacking, juice machine was broken and hot food was not really warm. maybe add a microwave to heat to a hotter temperature.

Dirty room.
Pros:

Nice big layout of room

Cons:

Arrived at hotel to a dirty room food on floor pillows and bedspread, dirty had to ask housekeeping to come clean and they did a bad job at that so I didn't bother to call them back.My wife ended up cleaning it herself.Said we tried to enjoy a vacation.Had a clean like we're at home

Great views, quiet and clean rooms, awesome breakfast!
Pros:

The breakfast was fire, rooms were impeccable and the customer service representatives were just as sweet as can be. Could not have asked for a better stay and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in this area.
