The price and it was clean
The outside pool was a little bit dirty.
Breakfast was good and the hotel made the check in/out process very easy. I loved the smart TVs in the room and had a great view of the pool.
Genuinely about nothing, the hot tub was barely warm, Showers were awful, horrible water pressure and temperature. Housekeeping didn’t show up once in my stay there. Will never be returning.

When you walk it is very nice. It has two pools and a ping pong table and two pool tables, so lots to keep you busy while at the hotel. The lady that checked us in was very friendly. They had a little coffee station by the ping pong table which was nice.
The room was warm and had that "wet" feeling even setting the thermostat at 64, we couldn't get it to cool off. There as a sticker in the shower to tell you have to rig it to make it work. The sink had the stopper pulled out and there looked like coffee grounds or something in the sink. It was VERY run down in the room. There is a restaurant and a bar but there is nothing on the menu. I decided to have the chicken wings. Most disgusting meal of my life, should have had something delivered as I didn't have a car. The overall experience was kind of gross.

This hotel felt cozy. There was lots to do within the hotel.
The hotel is conveniently located near DFW Airport, and the 24-hour airport shuttle is very convenient. The breakfast was better than what you typically get at budget hotels with free breakfast, but it was nothing special and the selection was fairly limited.
I chose this hotel because of its high rating, but my experience was very disappointing. The front desk staff were among the least friendly hotel employees I have ever encountered. They showed little interest in helping guests and made us feel unwelcome. Customer service was by far the biggest disappointment of our stay. Also, if you are looking for a hotel that offers Park & Fly or long-term parking, this hotel does not provide that service.
