It was a pleasant and comfortable stay.
Pros:

The location is close to the airport, which is what I needed. I arrived very late and left early the following morning. I did not have the opportunity to enjoy the amenities. The room was comfortable, clean, it smelled good, the bed was comfortable and the temperature was just right.

Cons:

I wish there was a bell hop to help with the luggage. But I arrived at nearly 11:00 pm, so I understand they may have left for the day.

A restful haven after traveling all day and half the night
Pros:

Clean and comfortable. A large room with two queen beds ( I only needed one), a place for everything, excellent shower, coffee maker. 24 hour airport shuttle (which was necessary as I arrived at 1AM), with a courteous driver. Helpful front desk staff. Breakfast included. And the price was hard to beat.

Fabulous time my day was too short
Pros:

It was such a beautiful location. I love the pick up style Mercedes-Benz van. I love the decor the cleanliness of it just beautiful.

Lovely hotel. Staff not so great
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable
Breakfast was good with a good selection of hot and cold
The pools are great, the whirlpool and sauna a fantastic facility
Free laundry is a super bonus
Parking is easy

Cons:

Staff can be a bit rude. We encountered 2 *jobs worth* receptionist. On our Friday evening check in the receptionist appears to hate her job and couldn't be bothered to help us. Despite us asking about the pool hours she didnt provide the lock code so we had to go back again. The receptionist on the morning of the 17th was absolutely rude, implying I was lying about me pre check in. The hotel used a credit card from a previous booking to hold a deposit at the same value as the hotel room cost. We did not authorise that cards use.
These 2 members of staff let the hotel down
