Awesome!!!
Pros:

This is an amazing place to stay. You have to know the bowling alley is above you but it was not too loud for us and we loved the safety of the elevator to the floor being locked. We visit Indy often and this will be the place we will stay again.

Everything and everybody was/were great! If you like funky with lots of fun places to visit this is for you!
Pros:

The location was great! There were lots of towels and coffee goodies! The beds were comfortable and with some earplugs and a sleep mask I slept like a baby.

Cons:

The common areas could use a little attention (sick dead plants and the hall way and elevator didn't feel clean).

Pros:

The rooms are updated, clean and comfortable. They contain a small kitchenette, seating area and spacious bathroom. The building is old with creaky elevators with lots of nostalgic features and decorations. On a Tuesday night it was very quiet. We choose the hotel for it's location near the Hi Fi where we were in town for a show. The Hi Fi and other restaurants are easy walking distance. This trip we even took in the Duck Pin bowling on the 4th floor!

Excellent! Beds were comfy, rooms were clean, the spa tub was wonderful! Will definitely stay there again!
Pros:

The property was very clean and well maintained! I loved the antique/historic vibe! There was lots to do around the property to keep entertained! Loved everything about it.

Cons:

Hard to find parking but that could be due to the construction that was going on around the property.
