Location is perfect for doing activities around town. Easy walking distance to things.
There were mouse droppings on the bed. Dirt and debris left on night stand. And a dirty wash cloth left in the shower. The room had not been cleaned.

Nice room - plenty of space. Well located to walking around Hartwell.
The room description said there was a terrace, but there didn't appear to be one. There was a door with a big sign that said "do not open, alarm will sound" so we didn't open it. Perhaps that is where the terrace was?
Someone else's leftovers were in the fridge when we checked in.
We came to Hartwell for a long weekend to see ByWater Call at the High Cotton Music Hall, right down the street, and also celebrate our 38th wedding anniversary. This property is very convenient to the venue and to the restaurants we ate at. It’s a neat place, lights, fan, and sound machine were on upon arrival which was welcoming (no windows in this unit so it is pitch black without lights on). We had a bit of an issue with not much toilet paper and a missing TV remote. Both were taken care of promptly after notifying management. We also ran out of body wash in the dispenser (mid-shower) which wasn’t noticed until after management was contacted about the other issues. We were not going to be there much longer so we didn’t bother saying anything.
For the most part the place was clean however the wash cloths looked like someone had cleaned the floors with them. You could tell they had been laundered but looked nasty and the towels were stained as well.
We would definitely consider staying here again due to the proximity to the things we go to Hartwell for.
I loved the location in downtown Hartwell. Restaurants and coffee shops within a block or two. It was a neat little hotel, clearly converted from an old downtown office building, with exposed brick walls and lots of character. Bed was very comfortable. Workstation was nice to have too. Shower was good—very clean with good water pressure. The later checkout time turned out to be very convenient for me, and it was appreciated!
My room’s thermostat control was not functioning. Not sure if it was batteries or something else, but I couldn’t control the temp. Also, I would feel more secure if the outer door also locked. Some rugs would make it feel more homey. Finally, I didn’t realize my room was windowless. Wasn’t awful, but would have been nice to know.
AC did not work and the room was not clean upon arriving. Super cute atmosphere and close to everything downtown Hartwell but it was hard to get past how hot the room was.

Nice little spot, but the room was too warm. Thermostat said it was set to 61 but it felt like it was 70+
Amber was the one that helped us check in and she was incredible! The rooms were nicely appointed and the location was well thought out.
Great location, nice place
My family and I were out visiting during a trip to see relatives and it was the perfect size and met all our needs. The only thing that was bothersome were the fruit flys or “gnats” that were in the rooms. The cleanliness was top notch overall.
Cute downtown industrial style boutique motel. More like an airbnb. No one onsite.
It was cozy. Right in the center of town with restraunts and shopping.
Key pad was a little tricky at first. Took a bit to contact someone. The phone number invalid on website. Good for a short stay.
It was nice to be in walking distance of restaurants and boutique shops. Hotel was located directly across from a local coffee shop. Would prefer having a king bed option, but the queen was comfortable. Awesome shower!

Very convenient to everything in downtown Hartwell! Comfy bed and very clean. The walls between the suites are super thin though.
